Hudson Partners Construction, LLC. is a dedicated local construction company which is highly focused on providing quality construction to both Residential and Commercial clients.

Juan “Jay” Martinez,  founded this firm for the express purpose of providing clients with specialized expertise to ensure successful completion of improvements to real estate. Guided by the philosophy that the each project would be completed as if they are his own projects, Hudson Partners Construction provides a complete management of your project needs. Hudson Partners Constructions has both the resources and know how for various types of construction projects.

Having worked with investors of all product types including office, industrial, apartments and retail assets, development land acquisitions and distressed note purchases. Hudson Partners Construction, goal is to help clients maximize value while completing each project within a timely and efficient manner.

WHO WE ARE

Jay Martinez, General Contractor, is also a commercial broker who specializes in development of land and various real estate property types. Jay Martinez has over 20+ years experience in real estate and land developement.

Erick Carvajal, Partner/Project Manager joined Hudson Partners Construction as President of Development.  Prior to the firm’s formation, Erick had also worked closely with Hudson Partners’ founders over the years at the same national brokerage firms.  His construction experience includes experience includes multi-family, land, and retail development throughout L.A. County.

Each of our team members brings a distinct skill set to the table, we share an approach that emphasizes superior service and a results-oriented focus that produced consistent positive results.

At Hudson Partners Construction we are driven by the belief that each project is unique and each client deserves the best possible outcome regardless of the size of the project. We approach each project by gaining a complete understanding of the underlying dynamics, the projects financial goals and competitive position in the marketplace as well as the investor’s business model and philosophy, and we configure the best possible team for that unique set of circumstances.

PLANNING, EVALUATION & ANALYSIS: Luck favors those who are prepared, and we begin each project with a thorough evaluation of the project. During this initial stage we act as consultants, advising clients on the project as it relates to current market conditions.

Depending upon the client’s needs, we may advise implementing a strategy of design a which maximizes the opportunities identified and minimizes the challenges anticipated.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Each of the Hudson Partners Construction team members is armed with keen insight into the projects intricate details.

At Hudson Partners Construction we believe in honest, ethical and realistic project management that assist clients in making these critical real estate decisions. We will never inflate or deflate a projects true value, cost or timeline for the purpose of getting a project.

We work closely with owners and investors, carefully reviewing and evaluating the project  data on a property and providing thorough guidance as they go through the due diligence process. We treat each construction project decision as if it were our own, and our clients rely on us as seasoned partners in the project management process.

We closely monitor each step of the project, paying meticulous attention to details and timelines to make certain that the process moves forward with little or no interruption. Our fiduciary responsibility to our clients is our highest priority, and we act passionately on their behalf while recognizing that we are their representatives, and we strive to maintain respectful and ethical relationships with all parties involved in the process.
